About Us
From the Garden is an ethically-minded food business from
Chef Kyle Knies.
Kyle discovered his passion for cooking while studying in Paris; learning to cook on a hot plate in an old maid’s quarters, taking inspiration from the produce & spice markets around the city. He later served as R&D Chef at Miyoko's Creamery and has catered dozens of weddings and special events.

Our commitment to high quality ingredients runs deep. We select produce from local farms, support organic agriculture and even harvest from our very own garden. We are here to customize a dining experience that's good for the planet, the animals and of course, you and your guests.
